The servers are lovely, especially Chelsea and Nathan. We're always warmly welcomed, even when it's busy. They go out of their way to find us a seat, and always with a smile. P.S.: Two gin and tonics, please.

I sat down to have a beer and watch the people in the square. I ordered a type of salami that came whole on a wooden board with a knife, I thought it was strange but it makes sense. Cutting it right before eating is better. The waiter was attentive and every time I ordered something I had to pay when he served it. Practical and functional.

The best cocktails in Tours! The Sazeracs are always perfectly balanced and the service is always friendly and fast. The crowd is a fun mix of tourists and younger locals - fabulous for people watching and catching a cool breeze along with your apéritif. If you are looking for a a pre-dinner drink with great views and a lovely staff, I strongly recommend L'Epée Royale.

Excellent service, plus a lovely charcuterie board as a gift – what more could you ask for! 3 Jägermeisters for 9 euros, a fantastic deal. We'll be back! (Also for the waiter)

Great bar, excellent atmosphere, friendly staff. I highly recommend trying the Mobylette (a cocktail made with vodka and violets); it's a house specialty.

16/06/2026: I highly recommend Sucré Salée. They prepared delicious appetizers for our party, a real treat! There was a wide variety of choices, and they were as beautiful as they were tasty. Thank you for your availability. Everything was perfect. Christele and Franck
23/05/2026: Mixed feelings. The food is good, there's a good selection to suit all tastes, and the prices are very affordable. I've been going there regularly for the past 3-4 years. The major downside is the waitress. She's unfriendly, you always feel like you're bothering her, she never smiles, and you feel uncomfortable. The gentleman, on the other hand, is generally very nice, except when she talks to him/gets angry and then he has to get back to work; you can tell he's not feeling well, and you can tell too. It's a shame. In short, even if she doesn't exactly entice you to come in, and she's unpleasant, etc., put it off and eat because I honestly think it's good for the price.
