It was one of my favorite restaurants until today. Unfortunately, from what I've heard, the place seems to be changing. I have the feeling it's not quite what it used to be… What a shame.

We wanted to express our complete satisfaction with our meal this Sunday at L'Éphémère. From the appetizer to the dessert, including the main course, everything was of exceptional quality. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the presentation of the dishes was magnificent, and the value for money was absolutely perfect. A huge congratulations to the chef and the entire team for this wonderful gastronomic experience. We will gladly return and will continue to recommend your establishment without hesitation.

There was a lot of confusion and an oversight regarding the order. Some dishes were disappointing, with insufficient portions for the price. Overall, an inconclusive experience.

Visiting on Easter Sunday: set menu with a starter that offered nothing special (okay if you'd had an amuse-bouche), a main course served with frozen vegetables, and a dessert that lacked finesse. The owners have been absent several times now... A strange feeling overall. A shame, because it's a very nice place to work.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The "Discovery" menu met our expectations. The ingredients were good and well-prepared. What I appreciated was their attention to specific requests. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The calm atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We will definitely return and recommend it.

04/07/2026: I came with my partner this evening for mussels and fries at 7:30 pm. The waitress told me they were out. About half an hour later, she arrived with two plates of mussels and fries 😕 Otherwise, the food was excellent as usual, and the waiter was very professional 😉 See you soon!

04/08/2026: This is my second time stopping at the Au Canons d’Or restaurant in Hazebrouck, and once again I'm not disappointed! The service is quick, the food is delicious, and the welcome is always warm. The owner and servers are pleasant, smiling, and attentive, which contributes to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. A great place that I will gladly return to every time I'm in Hazebrouck. I highly recommend it!
