15/08/2024: I came to the drive today, there weren't many people before me or inside the restaurant, the order and payment went very satisfactorily. However, the young woman who was supposed to give me my order preferred to pour herself a coffee, have her colleague taste it, and finish it quietly while chatting. Once she had finished, she walked towards the table to give me the bag placed next to the window (already ready obviously) while I had been waiting for 5 minutes. I made my comment to her and she didn't respond except goodbye ma'am. I find it incredible that such a lack of professionalism is accepted in a brand like this where the watchword is speed (fast food...). I have never seen this Cherry on the cake, the mapple bbq requested for double meat only has one.... so disappointed
