22/10/2026: The waiter came to take our order, so I told him, "From the seafood platter, we'll have the croquettes and accras." He served our order with fried fish that we hadn't ordered, so I told him, and he insisted, that yes, that's exactly what we had ordered: "You ordered seafood platters." I explained that "seafood platters" was the name for all the fried dishes they offered, and that the fish were called "small fish platters." In short, he wouldn't listen; it was my fault, I had mispronounced my order! Next up was the paella... 😭 So many spices that they were like clumps! I couldn't finish it because it was so strong, and you couldn't taste anything but the spices. I usually like paella, but enough is enough! And finally, dessert: my sister and I each ordered profiteroles, only for the waiter to tell us five minutes later that they were sold out. These things happen, of course, but with a little communication during service (especially since the restaurant wasn't very busy), this wouldn't have happened. In short, it was my first and last time at this restaurant!

21/10/2026: Honestly, what a disappointment... I booked for my husband's birthday (which I mentioned in the booking email). We arrived at 7 pm and were the first ones in the restaurant. We waited almost an hour for our food. Far too long a wait with absolutely no information provided. The food was okay, but nothing special. For dessert, we ordered waffles that seemed frozen and weren't good (we didn't finish them), and my husband's waffle didn't even have a candle (what a shame). What's the point of having a comment box if you're not going to do anything with it? Needless to say, we won't be back, and we certainly won't be recommending it.

07/09/2026: Restaurant with a lovely, large, shaded terrace. The staff is friendly. The value for money didn't live up to my expectations, which is a shame. The foie gras was bland, the portions were small, just three sweetbreads for the main course, and the sauces were good but not generous enough. For a €49.50 menu, one would expect better.

26/09/2026: A wonderful place to visit, and even return to. Pleasant setting. No disappointment with the à la carte menu. The staff are very friendly, smiling, helpful, and attentive to the customer. The meal was impeccable and generous. Time seems to stand still as you savor the "Pleasure" menu! A delightful experience for the taste buds of our six guests. Highly recommended!

14/07/2026: We stopped at this restaurant after seeing the good reviews online. We had a great time and the food was excellent. The Caesar salad was superb! The chicken curry, sausage rougail, and hanger steak were all very good! It's a shame the portions weren't very generous. For dessert, I loved the profiterole; the 110 sundae was good, but nothing special. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

08/10/2026: The service was really mediocre, the restaurant wasn't cleaned and was therefore dirty, and the burgers were just average. Frankly, not a great experience. Avoid it.

28/09/2026: We arrived at 6:30 PM! The restaurant was about 1/5 full. There were 6 people serving. We had to wait until 6:45 PM to order. We asked for 25 cl of rosé wine, but white wine arrived, followed by a terrine which we refused since we hadn't ordered it. At 7:45 PM, after we had to ask again, our main course arrived: two kebab skewers with fries! The fries arrived cold, so we sent them back. The kebab skewer was overcooked and far from great! Our neighbors at the next table (2 people), who arrived much later, were served before us and received their aperitif in the middle of their meal. At one point, the waitress, who was at a nearby table serving, said she needed to sit down because she felt like crying, which she did. We didn't order dessert given the chaos. When we got to the register to pay, my table, number 106, didn't correspond to our menu! And with so many people at the till to pay, she was completely overwhelmed! She had to figure out who had two skewers at their table! On a show night when the restaurant should have been doing well, even though there were only six people serving and not a single grill cook! There was absolutely no organization. I think some people must have left without paying! It was a total fiasco. I won't be going back anytime soon! No wonder so many Courtepaille restaurants have gone out of business.

27/09/2026: As a loyal customer for years, for the past few months, I haven't been able to find my Courtepaille. Twice in a row we've tried to go... the first time was on a Sunday evening at 7 pm... there was practically nothing left on the menu 😓 The second time, we arrived around 6:40 pm, we were going to a show at the Zenith at 8 pm, the restaurant was almost empty, but the manager told us we wouldn't have been able to leave before 8:30 pm because they were short-staffed. In short, in over 10 years, we never had this problem, but since Mokhtar and Flavien left, it seems like nothing is running smoothly anymore. We're disappointed because we loved going there to eat, often even twice a week, but now, I don't know if we'll go back.
