Beautiful how these guys combine 2 arts of fermentation by baking incredible breads & other baked delicacies and also having their own kimchi & kombucha variants. We were mesmerized by the amount of different products they had in their little shop and the love they have for their craft & products. First place we will visit when we come back to Paris

An exceptional place. The work done on the bread is absolutely remarkable. The focaccia is to die for. For me, this is one of the best places to buy bread in Paris. (Try their kimchi too!)

Excellent bread (special mention to the spelt, from an expert), one of the best kimchis I've ever tasted, but above all, a passionate and engaging owner who is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend a visit; plus, this little shop is beautiful and smells wonderfully of freshly baked bread. What more could you ask for?

As a regular customer, I was unfortunately very disappointed to recently buy a loaf of bread that wasn't fresh and I wasn't told... What a shame!

04/08/2026: It was my first time at this bar and it was brilliant! The service was great, the food was good and the atmosphere was really lovely! I plan to go back more often.
04/08/2026: Excellent experience!! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and it was a wonderful discovery. The waiter gave us a very warm welcome; you could really tell he had 35 years of experience. The food was delicious, and we'll definitely be back on our next visit!! As we were leaving, the waiter offered to refill our water bottles with fresh water because of the heat, which was very kind of him.
