We ate here for lunch last Sunday during a day trip to Strasbourg, and everything was perfect! The restaurant is just a short walk from the city center. The interior is elegant and welcoming, but they also have several tables on the street, sheltered from the sun. We had lunch there, and it was very pleasant. We were there for fondue, and the young lady welcomed us very kindly and recommended the type of fondue we should order based on our tastes. Everything was delicious, the prices are more than fair, and the portions are generous; if you want a light lunch, even one for two is enough. They also sell cheeses and wines, and have a wide selection. I definitely recommend it.

Wonderful. The service was fantastic, they recommended everything, the attention was superb, and they were incredibly polite. We ordered a delicious fondue, an amazing charcuterie board, and two bottles of wine, all very reasonably priced. Absolutely ten out of ten.

01/05/2026: A hidden gem at the foot of the cathedral! A wonderful discovery! The restaurant is ideally located right next to the cathedral, with a lovely terrace that must be delightful on sunny days. The service is simply top-notch: the waitresses are smiling, attentive, and, a major plus, present without ever being intrusive. You truly feel welcome. As for the food, it's a delight from start to finish: The pork knuckle with Munster sauce was perfect, and the vol-au-vents were delicious. We finished on an excellent sweet note with the Black Forest cake and the pistachio crème brûlée, both very good! We booked through TheFork, and the discount was applied without any problem and with a smile. The bill was very reasonable, especially for such a prime location. In short, a reliable and generous restaurant that I highly recommend! I will gladly return!

03/05/2026: A meal for two, weekday lunchtime. Excellent sauerkraut made with quality ingredients. Friendly service and a very reasonable bill. I appreciated being able to choose what I wanted in my sauerkraut, not from the set menu. Thank you.
25/04/2026: Butcher shop-delicatessen-restaurant on Place du Temple Neuf. The butcher shop is on the ground floor and the restaurant is on the first floor. It's not very big, with about thirty seats. The waitress is very friendly and explains the ingredients of each dish very well. The menu features dishes that are a bit out of the ordinary and come directly from the butcher shop. There are also local dishes (sauerkraut, baeckeoffe). The prices are reasonable. We opted for the pot-au-feu salad and the baeckeoffe. The first was superbly presented, it was a fantastic plate :), the second could have been a little more generous, but of course, both were excellent. Excellent restaurant.
