My sense of humor is broken, well yes I don't take the tasting menu and I don't have to explain it, the wheat mill which is under our feet to see, the honey from Tahiti hi hi hi! 10 years ago, we had a less sophisticated welcome but much more kind and authentic. You should never want to do too much.

We spent a memorable evening in this three Michelin star restaurant. The service was perfect, with attentive and friendly staff.
