A wonderful discovery in Barbizon! Cyrine Jarretie's L'Ermitage immediately captivates with its elegant ambiance. The sole was perfectly cooked, the mushrooms flavorful, the mashed potatoes delicious (Bocuse-style), the amuse-bouches creative, the pâté en croûte remarkable, and the ballotine and sauce simply stunning. The service was very professional and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant, and I wish it a bright future!

A wonderful discovery!
We had a fantastic time with friends at this recently renovated spot. We enjoyed tapas-style aperitifs at the high tables, and despite a slight chill, we quickly forgot about it thanks to a perfectly chosen Viognier.
Special mention goes to the warm welcome: the chef greeted us with delicious salmon toasts, sour cream, and smoked trout roe.
Dinner continued in the Ermitage Saint-Antoine dining room, with its warm and inviting decor (exposed beams, terracotta tiles, a British feel).
At the table, everything was perfect: warm bread, a perfectly executed poached egg in red wine sauce, whole sea bream, and chicken ballotines in a creamy Vin de Paille sauce—a true delight.
Thank you to the kitchen for the complimentary shaved truffle, a very thoughtful touch that quickly made us forget the slight wait.
We will gladly return, especially for a family brunch.

The name of this restaurant reminded me of a beautiful museum. The atmosphere and hospitality—you feel like you're not just a guest but a member of a community where you're known and treated like a special guest—is truly amazing; I've never experienced anything like it anywhere. The atmosphere, design, and music are all thought out in detail.
This isn't just a restaurant; it's a place with soul, and everything is organized for enjoying the unique cuisine performed by the restaurant's main muse and performer, the incredible Sandrine (this woman knows haute cuisine). I highly recommend this restaurant; you'll see for yourself and get acquainted with French cuisine and the beautiful Barbizon. I recommend reserving in advance!
