I had walked past this restaurant in the center of Muret several times without ever having the chance to eat there. Yesterday, when I tried to make a reservation, it was fully booked. But, luckily, a table opened up later that afternoon, allowing us to have dinner. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm welcome. The service was efficient and attentive, and the dishes were simply excellent, all at a very good price. Here, every detail is taken care of: the plates are served piping hot, allowing you to savor your meal without the last bite getting cold. In the evening, a €25 set menu allows you to choose between a starter and main course or a main course and dessert, and for €29, you can enjoy a full menu. The à la carte menu also offers a variety of tempting options. I opted for chicken rillettes with fried chicken skin and red onion confit: a delight, perfectly balanced and not at all greasy, served with toasted bread. For my main course, I chose roasted pork tenderloin, enhanced with chorizo ​​and a Saint-Marcellin cream sauce, accompanied by a delicate garnish of mushrooms, baby vegetables, and mashed potatoes. My wife, meanwhile, selected a dish from the à la carte menu: pan-fried prawn tails served with lobster bisque and risotto. It was with great pleasure that we returned to Les Deux Toqués restaurant for dinner last Saturday. When I think that I walked past this establishment for years without ever going in, I regret not having done so sooner! I now recommend this excellent restaurant in Muret without the slightest hesitation. For this evening, we opted for the €31 set menu, and the value for money is simply exceptional. From start to finish, each course was as generous as it was flavorful. We thoroughly enjoyed: For the starter: A small casserole of goat cheese with pistou, rich and perfectly seasoned. For the main course: A spring veal stew, enhanced by a perfectly balanced, tangy jus. Tender meat and wonderfully fresh flavors. For dessert: A two-scoop ice cream/sorbet sundae, the perfect fresh and authentic touch to end the meal. It was all beautifully paired with an excellent rosé from Provence. One last practical tip: for stress-free parking, choose the Allées Niel underground car park. It's just steps from the restaurant, very convenient, and very affordable! A flawless experience.

€16.50 for a starter, main course, and dessert!!! I loved it, no complaints whatsoever. The starter was a buffet. The main course was delicious, and there was a dessert on the buffet too! I just wish I lived closer! At that price, I highly recommend it because the quality is there, and so is the service.
