Les 3 Brasseurs sur Eragny

To please my husband and for my birthday. I suggested we go eat at the Trois Brasseurs in Eragny sur Oise (95). How dissatisfied we were. We were disappointed. Meat overcooked even though we had asked for medium. Floury fries. We would have preferred fresh ones. The 3 Brasseurs beer was warm. So my husband ordered a can which he didn't like, especially since we had come for the beer because he is a fan of this drink. And to top it off, the 25-minute wait for payment.

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, the waitress Cannelle is very friendly and the service is very fast. In short, I recommend this brasserie.

I came tonight to celebrate my birthday. We were first greeted by a manager who didn't really smile and didn't even set the table for us, so the server didn't even know we were there to eat. 😅 Luckily, this VERY friendly, cheerful, and very funny server was able to take control of the situation. (I hope he recognizes himself, I forgot his name.) Thanks again for your little birthday song. 🫶

We finally meet the 3 Brasseurs. Great! New menu, competent and friendly servers. Good beers, business sense. Very good value for money.

The food is always good and the service is always warm, even if the service can sometimes be a bit slow when the restaurant is full. For beer lovers, this is definitely the place to be.

Service still slow despite promises of change. We had already been to Les 3 Brasseurs late last year, one evening, at a table of 8-9 people. The restaurant was almost empty, yet we had to wait about thirty minutes before a server even took our order. The rest of the service was just as interminable, and one of us never even received dessert. A few weeks ago, a woman came to my workplace to explain that the establishment had changed and that they were trying to improve their image. It was a good initiative, so we decided to give them a second chance. This time, there were only two of us. Unfortunately, we visited again this weekday lunchtime, and the same thing happened. The restaurant was almost empty (barely 7 tables occupied on our side. Tables were already well into their meal), but the wait was unjustifiable: 20 minutes to take our order, almost 50 minutes to receive our food. As a former restaurateur, I understand the demands of service. Especially at lunchtime when many, like me, are in a hurry. We didn't even dare order dessert for fear of falling further behind. It's a real shame, because the food is good, and so are the beers. But the slow service ruins everything. Poor priority management? Understaffing? Too big a dining room for so few staff? As it stands, I only recommend it if you have the time; personally, I won't be going back.

The atmosphere is unique, relaxed, versatile, there are also places outside. The food is good in terms of quality/price. Service at the highest possible level, and it is hard to find such today. Large parking lot in front of the restaurant.

Great time, not many people because it was a Sunday evening, it was pleasant, the meal was very good, the service impeccable, thank you to Canelle for her kindness and professionalism.
