Very good, but the wait is extremely long. Almost an hour before being served (45 minutes between ordering and the arrival of the food). I came back today, and I can confirm that you need to be patient. However, the waffles are excellent.

A truly beautiful and authentic spot, dedicated to beer 🍺. Absolutely excellent for hop lovers. As for the food, the portions are generous, and the dishes are served hot. There's hardly any wait between courses. And Yohann, our dedicated server, is always in good spirits, constantly going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. At the end of April, we'll be back in the area... It's already decided, we'll be returning to this establishment. The airmen of the Orléans-Bricy Air Base. ✈️
