A good brasserie with plenty of choice. The dishes are generous, the salads very fresh and tasty, and the Spritz!!!! Add to that a friendly welcome, and all the ingredients are there for a great evening.

The 5/5 rating goes to server Bruno, if I remember correctly, who was attentive, efficient, and very friendly. Many thanks to him; some unfriendly servers, and even some unresponsive ones (not all), should take a page from this wonderful server's book.

I know the 3 Brasseurs brewery well, but I was very disappointed here by the welcome and the very slow service. We had a table next to a group of 12 people, which was very noisy. Fortunately, the beer was still as enjoyable as ever.

Impeccable service! The place is very pleasant, both inside and out. The meals were more than generous for very reasonable prices. In short, I highly recommend it!

A very pleasant place, the staff are very kind and welcoming. The differences between the two sharing platters are hard to spot, especially considering the significant price difference.

21/05/2026: Still as good as ever, I also use them for professional events: buffets, breakfasts, afternoon teas, meal trays, birthday cakes. Fantastic! Plus, I just heard they're opening a new pastry shop in Montpellier. So happy, it's delicious!!! This weekend I ordered a flan ;-)

18/03/2026: We were at the Garden of the Senses, not at the hotel.
19/02/2026: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates beautiful surroundings and fine cuisine. The staff were as excellent as the hotel itself. We also recommend the bar, which was both surprising and delightful.
