The service and welcome were impeccable. We only had the main course due to lack of time, but it was very good. We'll be back! (Even if she didn't get her license ;o) )

How can anyone justify writing entire paragraphs to criticize an establishment where they've eaten? What kind of online venom is this, safe behind a screen, with no consequences? When there's a problem, the least you can do is address it directly, face to face, as it arises. That's how things get resolved. Publishing reviews to attack the work of people who are there, doing their jobs, is neither constructive nor helpful. Among people who work, there should be a minimum of respect and understanding for each other's work. Nobody's perfect, but publicly judging and criticizing how someone does their job is neither fair nor courageous. It's also because of this kind of behavior that conflicts exist and escalate today. Respect and direct dialogue are always better than attacks from behind a screen.

We had a great time in this bistro, the food was very good and Sophie-Ana was wonderful!

A delicious Flemish carbonnade with homemade fries, just like in the North of France. The meat was cooked perfectly, the sauce was wonderfully creamy, and the fries were fantastic. The "Chti'mi" salad, served in a pastry basket, was original and substantial. The vegetable mille-feuille was an unusual mix of carrot, potato, bacon, and melted cheese, but it was VERY GOOD and full of flavor! I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for the warm welcome and the excellent, quick service provided by Céline, and for the cocktails she also made!

I recently discovered Estaminet Les 3 caves - De Drie Kalders and it was a really pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is warm and authentic, with a typical setting that makes you feel comfortable right away. You can really feel a strong regional identity, perfect for enjoying a friendly and relaxed moment. As for the food, the dishes are tasty, generous, and made with quality ingredients. You can find great local specialties, nicely presented and full of flavor. The service is also a real highlight: the staff is welcoming, professional, and especially able to handle busy rush periods very well while staying attentive to customers, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. It’s a place I highly recommend, whether for a meal as a couple, with friends, or with family. A great restaurant in Saint-Omer that makes you want to come back.

A must-visit in Saint-Omer! A friendly atmosphere and generous portions: whenever we're in the area, we always make a point of stopping at this traditional pub. The setting is unique, with authentic, old-fashioned decor—a special mention for the bras hanging from the walls! I highly recommend stopping by to sample the specialties of Northern France!

We booked for Valentine's Day. Once again, we weren't disappointed. We started with a lovely mixed platter to share, with excellent charcuterie and cheeses. For our main course, we had a generously filled Welsh rarebit with delicious cheddar and whole-grain mustard, followed by a great Maroilles burger with excellent meat. To finish, we enjoyed a delicious homemade lemon meringue tart and the classic "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts served with coffee). No disappointment whatsoever! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, all for a reasonable price, and the owner even gave us a rose – a very thoughtful touch for Valentine's Day. Thank you again to everyone for a wonderful evening, and to the chefs and waitresses for their excellent and efficient service!
