Eating in a cellar is quite unusual. The setting is really charming and original, full of eccentric touches (a school notebook as a menu, bras...). The dishes are typical of Flanders and very good. Definitely worth discovering.

A lovely little café on the main square between the cathedral and the Maison du Marais. As it was very hot, we were able to enjoy the beautiful terrace and the view of the theater. The service and the food were regional and wonderful. A very pleasant experience at a really reasonable price. Thank you.

If you want the best of the local produce and be served by delightful staff look no further please. A joy to experience and savour 😋 😋 😋 fine lunches served too. Don't miss this place if you are in the area and appreciate the best local food and wine etc etc.

19/07/2026: Meal in Saint-Omer. Perfect. Nice terrace. Good service. Attentive staff. I was too hot in the full sun. They set up a parasol for me and I was able to fully enjoy my meal. Thank you. Well done and keep up the good work, it's perfect. I highly recommend it. No visit to Saint-Omer is complete without having a drink.

11/10/2025: The food was of very good quality and reasonably priced. However... we waited 30 minutes before being offered an aperitif. At the very least, a small vestibule at the door or simply some heating would have been welcome. The atmosphere was very noisy due to the decor.
20/08/2025: A pleasant surprise. Daily specials featuring fresh, seasonal produce. Set menu with a choice of three starters, main courses, and desserts. €23 (August 14, 2025)
