Very disappointed. I arrived at 6 pm, even though the shop was supposed to close at 7 pm. The saleswoman was outside smoking and tidying up when she saw me, before telling me the shop was closing because they were out of bread, even though that wasn't why I came. I was eventually served, but the welcome made it clear that my presence wasn't welcome. When I asked about the closing time, I was told that the shop did indeed close at 7 pm, but that staying open was pointless when they were out of bread. This is undoubtedly an inconvenient policy for customers who, like me, finish work late. I've never had this problem with other saleswomen, which is regrettable for a bakery whose products are of exceptional quality. I'm giving one star for the atmosphere, since I can't give zero.
