Had a gorgeous meal here. The steak was one of the tastiest I’ve ever had, smooth to cut through and perfectly cooked. Highly recommend

I have been coming to Les 4 Sergents each time I visit La Rochelle for the last 40 years as it is so unique. A lovely setting in an old conservatory but with modern twist. The food is wonderful and service great.

It's been a while since I ate this well. It’s a shame there aren’t a few more vegetarian dishes but it was excellent and well presented. We ate on the terrace but the interior decor is very beautiful too.

We had the pleasure of being able to dine without prior reservation at Remaining Les 4 Sergeants, on a weekday evening in August. This restaurant, which is striking with its decoration from the outside, is a very nice place. The service was very pleasant and the dishes lived up to the menu which is as short in choice as it is full of flavors on the plate. (Special mention to the piece of beef) A beautiful place to discover!

Joli cadre Accueil sympathique, personnel attentif. En revanche déçus de la nourriture.. Ce restaurant de renom n’est plus ce qu’il était, on se croirait à la table d’une brasserie…! Pas un plat pour racheter l’autre. Nous n’y retournerons plus.

24/07/2024: 1ère fois dans l'établissement, nous nous sommes régalés. Une cote de boeuf pour 2 et un coeur de filet pour madame. Tout était parfait, la cuisson, le gout et le patron super sympa nous avons bien rigolé. Certains penseront que c'est un peu cher mais la qualité est rééllement la. Je recommande grandement
28/06/2024: Restaurant bien caché, derrière le vieux port et la ribambelle de resto attrapes touristes. La viande est délicieuse, choisie avec soins. Les portions sont généreuses, le service est discret sans gêner à la bonne dégustation. Je recommande pour les mangeurs de bonnes viandes. Bons vins pour accompagner la dégustation.
