A truly wonderful experience! Arriving directly from the slopes, we received a very warm welcome. The place is very cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the winter weather.

This isn't my first stay at this palace, and once again, the experience is absolutely exceptional. Staying here is like stepping back in time, a rare and deeply restorative moment. Everything is in place for an exceptional experience. The service is remarkably high-quality, impeccable in its precision and discretion. Every detail is perfectly executed, every thoughtful touch elegantly considered. The amenities are simply perfect, without a single flaw. The hotel is sumptuous, magical. It exudes a unique atmosphere, both warm and refined, which makes all the difference. An exceptional place that one returns to with pleasure and never tires of.

A truly timeless experience, a hushed and welcoming atmosphere, attentive and incredibly kind staff (I injured my knee while skiing, and the staff promptly lent me an ice pack and offered me the services of a doctor). The setting is remarkable, the restaurant offers a diverse menu of exceptional quality (scallops, truffle mashed potatoes, a dazzling array of desserts…). Hair salon, gym, swimming pool… a dream come true!

A wonderful experience, an exceptional buffet, the Cedric Grolet pastries were a delight, but the hunters...

We came for afternoon tea with friends, and thank you to Athenaïs for her service; we had a wonderful time! Came here for drinks and light bites twice really nice atmosphere and the server was the best. I have forgotten his name, but he was too nice young European gentleman who serve me and Monika in February

The best place for an Instagram-worthy lunch or dinner. If you don't mind the 270 euros per person, go for it. Best not to spoil anything further.

What a lovely place — so chic and elegant, like something out of a fairytale. The hotel is stunning, and the food is absolutely delicious. Simply special.

We just spent a week at Les Airelles Courchevel, as we do every year, and we are as delighted as ever. Whether it's the doormen at the hotel entrance, the concierges, the restaurant staff, the spa staff, the housekeeping staff, etc., everything is perfect, efficient, and attentive, with a constant focus on providing impeccable service. The staff at Les Airelles never exhibit the mechanical behavior typical of luxury hotels: they are more than that; they are simply dedicated and warm. Consider starting a little diet before your arrival at Les Airelles 😉, because it's difficult to resist the temptation of the dishes offered by the chefs in the various restaurants. Every evening, we have the pleasure of discovering a new thoughtful touch in our room (ski fleece, pajamas, a candle, etc.), which is the height of attention to detail that we won't find even in the grandest hotels in Europe. All this in a wonderfully well-designed setting (wood creating a very warm atmosphere, beautiful draperies worthy of the finest designers, fireplaces always lit…). Leaving Les Airelles was truly heartbreaking, especially when it meant returning to the Parisian gloom.

From the moment you arrive, the service is attentive, friendly, and caring; the staff sense your expectations even before you ask. The rooms blend classic French Alpine luxury with modern comfort: warm, elegant, and spacious. Every moment of our stay made us feel like "valued guests." From breakfast to dinner, from the spa to the bars, every detail has been carefully considered. Ski-in/ski-out access is a particularly advantageous feature that enhances skiing. The price is high, but it's clearly worth it – a luxurious experience.
