Excellent food, but a bit pricey. The restaurant was empty the day we had lunch. The waitress was very friendly.

That's often how it goes: the holidays end, one last restaurant visit, a quick Google search, and then… The magic happens. The owner welcomes you, seats you, and the magic unfolds. The chef clearly delights in tantalizing your taste buds; everything is delicious, or rather, exceptionally delicious. Everything is imaginative, a superb creation. This chef undoubtedly loves his craft. I wish you continued enjoyment in your passion.

An intimate restaurant with discreet, respectful, and prompt service, offering refined and delicious cuisine. We had a wonderful time in this oasis-like setting: a shaded patio, environmentally conscious practices, local products, and a polite, child-friendly welcome. We highly recommend this place, which we've visited for the second year in a row with the same pleasure. All the best!

The reception is minimalist to say the least; you're told you have to leave using a flashing light, before being left in near darkness so you can take the initiative! One wonders if they even want to receive customers!

My thoughts on IØ: The restaurant "Les Alizés" is a very discreet spot near the heart of St Pierre d'Oleron. You barely notice it as you walk by! Yet, this place is surprising, combining local produce, homemade dishes, and eco-responsibility. A delightful discovery that will tantalize your taste buds. The pros: A warm welcome, a simple yet cozy dining room. You feel right at home. A lovely shaded patio in the back. Impeccably maintained. Quick and attentive service. A short menu, but everything is carefully crafted and thoughtfully presented by a very inspired chef. Everything is full of surprises; I loved it. The cons: If I had to find a fault, it would be the slightly high price, but honestly, you get what you pay for. It's beautiful, it's delicious, and it's bound to come at a price. A 5-star rating for "Les Alizés", an unusual restaurant to which the winds luckily led me.

We came for our last evening on the Île d'Oléron and what a treat for our taste buds! We'll gladly come back!

Not a mainstream restaurant. A small, unassuming restaurant with an equally unassuming menu featuring changing dishes made with local products. Run by a passionate couple with a love for the craft and the local area.

We had already visited last year for the first time during our stay. The food and service are perfect. We will gladly return.

A wonderful discovery! Original and very refined cuisine. A four-course menu with the assurance of fresh, homemade ingredients. I highly recommend it. For me, it's a favorite restaurant.
