What a surprise! I'd been walking past it for years without stopping. The service was impeccable, attentive, and friendly. The flavors of the dishes exploded in your mouth. All at very reasonable prices and in a very welcoming atmosphere. Honestly, hats off!

Very well cooked and a lot of effort has been put into the presentation of each dish. Some elements that may lack flavor (tart mixture or mushroom sauce) are balanced by others (pesto, seeds, etc.), so the overall result is very good. The service is super friendly, the desserts not too sweet, and the overall meal is very generous. This is my second time in Pau, and there will be a third and more! Thank you very much.
