I had the pleasure of having lunch at this establishment today, and what a wonderful discovery it was! We opted for the five-course tasting menu, and from beginning to end, we were amazed. Each dish was a true revelation: the presentation, the flavors, the combinations, the perfect balance on the palate… a veritable explosion of flavors! The chef is truly talented. The cuisine is worthy of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants, where you often pay considerably more. The service was equally impressive: warm, pleasant, with an attentive and smiling waitstaff. We had a wonderful time, but above all, we thoroughly enjoyed discovering these different flavors and sometimes surprising combinations. I am particularly happy to have been able to travel through these dishes and this cuisine. This is exactly what we look for when we go to a restaurant: to be surprised, amazed, and to make wonderful discoveries. A huge thank you to the chef and the entire team for this magnificent experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant! If you enjoy cuisine that surprises, takes you on a journey, and evokes genuine emotions, don't hesitate to step inside this establishment. It's an experience not to be missed, and a truly wonderful restaurant that we can't wait to return to. We'll be back as soon as possible!

A wonderful discovery. We indulged in a three-course tasting menu. The dishes were perfectly executed, exquisitely refined. The seasonings were spot-on and highlighted the quality of the preparation. It's a shame we live a bit too far away to return.

Simply fantastic food and service. Details are exquisite. Can be hard to book an evening table but lunch is easier but still popular and has a similar menu. An unmissable experience in Amboise. Truly exceptional. We had “Le plaisir” courses (3) at €43 each and it was worth every penny.

A wonderful culinary experience.

The Michelin star is well deserved. Amazing restaurant. Polite, attentive, friendly, and VERY hard-working staff. I decided to attempt the 5 course "Le Gourmand" prix fixe option, and it became a marvelous, nearly 3 hour meal, all artfully presented. 1/2 bottle of the Touraine Chenonceaux white wine, a delicate cheese cracker, cold, frothy melon soup, tomato salad with savory broth, a masquerading potato skin with a delicate mash inside, cold, frothy tomato soup with nutty brown bread and herbed butter, pigeon with a fine dark sauce and pickled accompaniments, a white fish swimming in an amazing sauce that was better than any Holandaise, a huge array of cheeses, and a superb arrangement of sweet sour lemon wafers with lemon custaard and lemon sorbet. At 7:45 on a Tuesday the restaurant was already crowded, primarily with Americans and Brits, but don't let that dissuade you. All in all, a wonderful experience.

Refined and creative cuisine; very good service. I recommend it!

We weren't disappointed on our second visit either. This time, we both opted for the five-course "Carte Blanche" gourmet menu instead of the three-course one. It was a varied, delicious, and creative culinary experience. We were also pleased with the value for money.
