The artist is her: this incredible cook who manages the room and the kitchen alone with a masterful hand. We enjoyed everything from starter to dessert: fresh, original and refined dishes. A delicious discovery! Hats off to the artist!

Excellent and well executed dishes. Allow yourself to wait a few minutes longer than usual. The talented chef does everything herself, but it's worth the patience. Good!

Excellent little restaurant run by a very kind girl who cooks alone, serves the tables, does the billing and also manages to have a few words with the diners. Excellent dishes prepared with taste and with quality products. There is no à la carte menu, but a fixed price menu of the day (which varies, I imagine) offering a choice of two starters, two main courses and two desserts. Water and service are included. I chose a beetroot soup that was nothing short of exceptional, chicken with cherry tomatoes and potatoes and the chocolate dessert. Cost €25 Everything really excellent. My compliments indeed!!

A very nice discovery in this restaurant where we had a delicious time! A simple and refined starter, main course and dessert menu, with fresh and tasty products. A warm welcome in an intimate restaurant, with unbeatable value for money! Thank you, we will come back with pleasure.

We were so lucky to come across this nice little cozy restaurant in the center of Carcassonne during our bike ride. €25 menu with a choice of 2 delicious dishes for starters, main courses and desserts. The Beetroot was delicious. Highly recommended.

Unique little restaurant with a divine menu - love, love, love. Daily changing small set menu (2 options for each course), me and my friend ordered alternate options so had the entire menu for the day! Each course was fresh and delicious

Tout a été parfait, un cadre calme et bien décoré, des plats excellents, la responsable du restaurant exemplaire, le tout pour un prix très contenu. J’ai mangé un chèvre chaud en entrée, un émincé de bœuf superbe et pour finir un formidable moelleux chocolat. Tout est fait maison et cela se sent ! Nous recommandons chaudement. Une adresse à retenir.

17/09/2024: Restaurant en bas de la cité, loin de la foule. Accueil chaleureux et professionnel de la serveuse. Les plats sont cuisinés avec des produits frais, bien sûr le cassoulet et les autres plats. Je recommande.
05/09/2024: We ate a menu for 25 eur that includes bread as a starter, a main course and dessert, if only. You choose two courses, starter and main course or main course and dessert, it costs 20 eur, it doesn't include a drink but they give you a bottle of water. The food was good, elaborate dishes and of course they had the classic stew of the area.

22/01/2025: A very pleasant moment, a delicious meal: Veal sweetbreads and grilled octopus followed by scallops and prawns and to finish in style tatin flambé with calvados, in front of us. An impeccable welcome and service. A discreet presence of the chef who is concerned about the satisfaction of his customers An address that we recommend and we will return to taste other dishes.
18/01/2025: We ate Casoulette (€27), which is a typical Carcassonne dish and was delicious. It is a hearty dish of white beans with duck and sausage but the type cannot be identified. He was very well prepared. They serve it fresh out of the oven. My partner ordered the weekend menu that included dessert (I think €34?) A delicious cheesecake of a perfect size. We share it. The friendly treatment. I think a thousand improvements could be made to make the place visually more welcoming and combine perfectly with the delicious food. By the way, now looking at the photos I remember that they gave us a complimentary starter. I recommend this site!
