In the heart of Angoulême, on the terrace, despite the heat, a moment of pure relaxation and freshness awaited us, thanks to the Chef's cuisine and the kindness and expertise of his wife. Excellent ingredients were beautifully presented, and the service was impeccable. It's always a pleasure to come.

This is our second visit, and we've been won over both times. The food is exquisite, the intimate atmosphere is lovely, and the host is incredibly kind. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back.

A wonderful restaurant that's well worth a visit! A warm welcome, excellent service, always attentive and available. The dishes are of very high quality, made with fresh ingredients and prepared with refinement; we loved it and were completely won over! You can go there without hesitation, knowing you'll have a wonderful time! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Only 35 euros for a delicious meal! The service and welcome are top-notch, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is flavorful and creative. The wine list is also excellent, with some great bottles for those on a budget. I highly recommend this restaurant.

29/04/2026: We had a pleasant time and a very satisfying meal; however, we could have done without the owner's very unpleasant remarks during payment and when splitting the bill. We didn't receive an invoice or a receipt. A rather old-fashioned way of doing things!
12/04/2026: Rustic restaurant, lovely atmosphere with a fireplace. Thanks to the chef, excellent cuisine, the tomato tartare as a starter was very good and very fresh. The rib-eye steak and lamb chops were flavorful and tender, perfectly seasoned and cooked. The homemade fries were very good. The desserts were delicious. A great evening, thank you to the restaurant team.
