I'm a little disappointed with the service I paid for. I mentioned it was for my boyfriend's and my engagement, so I really wanted to experience it together. I booked the sauna and hammam for two, as well as the body scrub. The staff was very welcoming. However, the cleanliness of the changing rooms needs improvement, as does the courtesy of some of the staff. I went at the end of the day, from 7:30 pm to 9:00 pm: the men's and women's changing rooms were really dirty. Furthermore, I had to search through all the lockers to find a clean bathrobe and towel (to be honest, I'm not even sure they were actually clean). Also, I was given a glove for the scrub, which someone had stolen. This time it's not the place's fault, but really the people's manners: you're disgusting, ladies and gentlemen… It's also a shame that my fiancé and I had to have our scrubs done separately because there weren't enough staff… They were out of tea and clean glasses too; we had to ask for more, which is a shame. I really expected better for the price.

An incredible experience on every level… We were perfectly taken care of by Samira, the manager, who is so kind, attentive, and patient! Nadia, who took care of my daughter and me, is absolutely wonderful! The treatments were perfect! My daughter loved it! It was our first time, but definitely not the last! Thank you so much!

It was an incredible massage by Giovanna she have a light hands but good strength. Its making my back feels so good and relaxed. The place looks so aesthetic good for taking pictures and they have free tea which taste so good .I’m planning to go back again soon. Thank you Les bains du Marais for this wonderful experience.
