19/09/2024: Very friendly setting. Warm welcome, with a very welcome hibiscus drink. 100% vegan, which is quite rare, and the dishes are very varied. Starter: I had to ask for confirmation that the maki was indeed vege because the resemblance to salmon was uncanny. It was good! Dish of the day: bourguignon with polenta. A killer. Very tasty. Perfect balance between textures. A great trip. And it was plentiful. I very, very highly recommend. Point for improvement: the menu is not very clear on what is on the menu or not. It’s also a shame that the daily specials and desserts aren’t displayed somewhere. The waitress didn't seem happy that I asked her if she recommended a particular starter, I don't really know why, she just told me again what the starter of the day was (my question was perhaps unusual)
