We went to this restaurant on the recommendation of a relative. The owner is very pleasant and commercial, the first service was complete, she made us wait for the next one inside the establishment. image of the hostess, pleasant and friendly. The cuisine is excellent. A must in Colmar. The little extra is that you can see the boats passing by from the table while eating.

Here is a very good address to enjoy Alsatian specialties. Located in the charming setting of the Lauch canals ("Little Venice" district), the menu is gourmet, the dishes are copious and delicious. During busy periods, you will sometimes have to be patient to get a place, as the establishment does not take reservations. The staff is very pleasant, the welcome is warm, the manager is enthusiastic, smiling and friendly. We feel good there and we eat well.

Adorable waitress, cozy place with lots of charm.
I had the Munster spaetzle gratin (very good but really very filling) accompanied by its very well seasoned salad! My friend loved the classic tarte flambée.
Excellent apple strudel.
I recommend coming before opening to avoid the line.

Great service, lovely setting, and a truly alsacien culinary experience. Don't be fooled by it's touristic location. It is not a tourist trap. Make sure to arrive around 6pm to grab a seat during the Christmas Market season.

The location was beautiful, sitting looking out over the water. Friendly staff and really great food. We had the quiche and flambé tart, both I would recommend and salads on the adjacent table looked equally lovely and huge! We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table but it was peak lunchtime and was worth the wait. Lovely food and relaxing lunch, reasonably priced, in this beautiful town.
