Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the food, so I can't give it 6 stars… otherwise, I would without hesitation!
The staff is simply exceptional: pleasant, friendly, helpful, and attentive like I've rarely seen. They allowed us to change tables so we could enjoy the sun and be more comfortable with our dog.
We were with our dog, a little worried about disturbing them, but they did everything to make us feel at ease. One of them even intervened to protect our dog from some swans on the river… truly adorable!
And the food was just as good: absolutely delicious.
An incredible experience in a magnificent setting, on the terrace by the water. I highly recommend it!

We visited Les Bateliers on their last service of the night and really enjoyed the experience. The atmosphere was lively and pleasant, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.
I ordered the La Choucroute d’Alsace aux 5 viandes, which personally wasn’t to my taste, but my partner had the Le Jambonneau mijoté, pommes de terre sautées, which was absolutely delicious—so we ended up sharing 😉
Overall, we had a great time. Just a small note, the restaurant had a slightly strong cheese smell, but it didn’t take away from the experience.

A lovely meal with friends during our weekend in Alsace. The food was absolutely top-notch, the decor was beautiful, and a special mention goes to the waiter with the long hair: "bibeleskaes!!"

Excellent restaurant! We ate there twice in a row over the weekend because it was so good. The tarte flambée is superb, and the sauerkraut is perfect. I highly recommend it.

Lovely place, very friendly staff who immediately put you at ease, one waiter spoke Italian and was very kind. The food was delicious and plentiful. Highly recommended.

While on vacation in Colmar, we had the pleasure of dining at this lovely establishment where we discovered local cuisine!
• The location is excellent, and the premises are beautiful. The staff is warm, welcoming, and friendly.
• The food, which may seem expensive at first glance, is absolutely worth the price; the gratins are particularly delicious and generously filled.
We were able to eat there as a group of six for lunch, and the service was quick and efficient. We'll definitely be back!
