The Chef welcomes us with delicacy. He makes his own balanced meals. He brings a personal touch to his dishes. The pancakes and pancakes are golden brown and crispy; they have taste. All the raw material is selected in quality; like Farine Mordelles near Rennes. There is an atmosphere of joy, peace and happiness in this place. Because the Chef loves his job with love, such is the quality requirement and the interest in human beings is essential for him: which is quite rare today and which deserves my emphasis. I happily drive 3 hours once every year to come and eat because everything is good and I eat well.
