A promising concept, a reduced and seasonal menu with a good selection of meat and yet, the mayonnaise does not take. A slightly lukewarm service, garnishes lacking in generosity and an excessively high price which seemed far from justified to us.

An authentic restaurant that is worth the detour! Homemade dishes are a real explosion of flavors, you immediately sense the quality of the ingredients and the care given to each plate. The service is warm and attentive, you feel welcomed like at home. An authentic experience, where you want to come back again and again! Bravo to the owner and the chef in the kitchen!

Very good cuisine and a warm welcome for tourists! Traditional, the cuisine is great! However, it is better to go there on the weekend! Because during the week, the service seems in a hurry... And does not have time to respond to the customer's pace. I still recommend it for all customers who do not know the specialties of Poitou Charentes.

De passage à Poitiers, nous avions choisi ce petit restaurant et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Les Mets proposés étaient très bons et originaux dans leurs préparations et leurs présentations. Nous avons bien dîné.

A chaque fois qu'on passe à Poitiers, nous choisissons ce restaurant un peu à l'écart, un resto comme on n'en fait plus avec des produits à l'ancienne, comme le ris de veau. Les parts sont généreuses, les prix bien situés vu la qualité des produits.

14/09/2024: We were looking for a nice place for lunch and just happened across Oh! Le Bistro. Tables out front but it was a little chilly so we went inside. We should have made a reservation because the place was packed but they fitted us in and we were seated at a booth. Fantastic service, great menu and good choices. We all had the plat de jour. The restaurant is very elegant, spotless and the staff are great. We had a wonderful meal and our friends who live in France will definitely be returning!

Le Carré d’Arts

08/08/2024: Short stop during our visit to Poitiers. Meals well presented and very good. Even the 3 and 6 year old children are happy and have finished their dishes. We were delighted and the prices were very reasonable.
06/08/2024: We feasted ! The plates are magnificent and full of flavors, a good time with a price consistent with the service, I recommend it!
