A little expensive, but the quality and finesse are well worth the price. As for wine, the menu is stratospheric, but, fortunately, we are well advised, which avoids getting lost. Very good experience in any case.

Surely the best restaurant I've had the chance to set foot in so far, pleasant service with advice on wines for novices with a top-notch menu, traditional and executed to perfection. The price is entirely justified by the quality of the products offered. Thank you to the whole team, I recommend!

Un moment très attendu car pas facile de se retrouver en famille… mais les gourmands ont été régalés par des cuissons parfaites et une belle maîtrise des produits…et les vins conseillés étaient à la fois originaux et superbement accordés à une carte réduite. Service dynamique et attentionné ; une belle réussite d équipe pour cette institution nantaise.

Carte très inspiré qui est restreinte par choix de qualité. Un choix de vins très fort, et un conseil de la part du serveur très bon pour ce qui est d’accord. Ambiance très agréable

le scenario

28/01/2026: Third visit – this time with the family, and the third time we were very well served! The three-course dinner menu was only €21, with generous portions of both the starter (warm scallops with bacon, lobster bisque, smoked salmon rillettes...) and dessert (amazing profiteroles, tarte tatin, and floating island!!). The staff was fantastic as always, and our children (9 to 13) received a very warm welcome.
09/01/2026: The restaurant can be reserved for large groups, with fast service in that case 🙂 Original menu with frog legs, for example
