I'll give this restaurant just one word: top-notch! Excellent value for money. I've been coming for a long time and it's always been great, nothing but good things. All the other reviews are fake and probably from people who've never been to this restaurant or found a bull steak with no sinew, top quality, and dessert for 18 euros, honestly! To say it's not good is a disgrace! I'll be back in 2026 and it'll still be top-notch: wood-fired ribeye for 21 euros and sea bream for 20 euros, top-notch freshness in my opinion. Those who criticize have never been.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent food, despite the very affordable price. The bull rib was cooked to perfection over the coals, the homemade fries were perfect, the cuttlefish was incredibly tasty, and the service was quick, efficient, and professional, with a very dynamic and friendly staff. I will gladly return on my next visit.

A very welcoming place, with quick and efficient service.
The food is good, and the cooking times are perfect.
The portions are sufficient for a "normal" appetite, just enough for those with a big appetite for a main course.
I highly recommend it for its authenticity and simplicity.

I ate there during my vacation.
The welcome, the service, and the meal were perfect. The waiters and waitresses were pleasant, and the daily menu was very good. For the price, it was perfect. The fountain in the middle of the square is refreshing. All the best.

Don't rely on the restaurant's Google rating, which I think is completely wrong.
We received an extremely warm welcome, including our 18-month-old child.
We ordered the mussels with Roquefort cheese, which were excellent, as well as the fries.

A quick stop at this restaurant. Fast service. As soon as we arrived, we received the appetizers we had ordered. We ordered mussels, Gardians (a type of beef stew), and seafood salad. Everything was perfect.

We had lunch at this establishment on Tuesday.
We opted for the set menu (main course + dessert), which was very reasonably priced (under €20).
We had a pleasant time enjoying the meal. The staff and managers were welcoming, friendly, and attentive.
Despite some of the harsh reviews, don't hesitate to stop by.

Having lunch in Aigues-Mortes during peak season is a gamble that requires patience. While there are many options, availability is limited, especially in Place Saint-Louis. By chance—or perhaps luck—we were seated at a table on the terrace of Les Capucins. Perhaps it should be called Les Capucines, as it's run by twin sisters who are remarkably efficient at managing the lunchtime rush, without sacrificing their friendliness or sense of humor. The food is excellent, whether you choose seafood or beef dishes.
