A truly magical setting. Dining in the heart of these magnificent troglodyte caves.
As for the food, it's flawless: the traditional fouées are excellent, served piping hot and accompanied by high-quality local produce. The combination of the convivial atmosphere and the beauty of the setting is what makes this place so charming.
A huge thank you also to the team for the warm welcome and attentive service from beginning to end. A must-visit in the region for a truly timeless experience. I highly recommend it!

Fourth time we've been and still fantastic. The food was delicious, the setting was superb, and the service impeccable.
A huge thank you to our waitress Johanna for her kindness, gentleness, and slight resemblance to Monica Cruz (let me know if you think so too). It was a very pleasant experience.

Our charming and friendly waitress Adèle and her chef Bruno made this an unforgettable moment. When we parked in the parking lot, within the business park, we thought there wasn't a restaurant... But there was... under the parking lot! We loved it; the portions were generous, and the staff was incredibly attentive. Honestly, I'll definitely go back on our next vacation in the area. Keep up the good work! Well done!

A delightful surprise discovered by chance. An unusual and stunning location, a former stone quarry, where you dine in a veritable underground cathedral, nice and cool (20°C without air conditioning, with 38°C outside). A set menu—aperitif, starter, main course, cheese, and dessert—includes fouées (small bread rolls with unlimited fillings), featuring local cuisine made with locally sourced ingredients. It's very good for around €30 per person with a glass of Saumur wine. The staff is incredibly attentive. Reservations are recommended.

Perfect, definitely not to be missed! The meal was very good, enjoyable, and original. The staff was helpful and friendly, the bread was baked right in front of you and was excellent. The location is unusual and beautiful, and the visit was surprising. So stop by if you're passing through, and thank you for the peaceful night in the parking lot with our campervan. We will definitely be back.

A unique and beautiful place with top-notch local cuisine.
I recommend the foués (a type of flatbread), which have a vegetarian menu. The rillons (pork belly confit) are also excellent. A must-visit.
