We come often, and we have never been disappointed, the managers are incredibly kind, the dining room team is professional, which is quite rare on the sands, and in the kitchen, they are real pros, because it is always excellent!!!!! We recommend this restaurant. A place that combines quality, welcome, smiles, and professionalism!

What a lovely restaurant! The atmosphere is great and the service is very friendly. They have an extensive menu, so there's something for everyone. The pizzas are my favorite! Crispy, flavorful, and not too heavy. Delicious! If we're ever in Les Sables d'Olonne again, we'll definitely be back to Les Chardons.

Perfect location and cuisine, impeccable service. My two-year-old daughter loved the toys provided at the table throughout the meal.
Special mention for the Italian pâté, what a delight! It was the perfect way to end our vacation, and we'll be back for our next holiday, making this a must-visit destination in both winter and summer!

Homemade dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Special recommendation for their signature desserts. We returned this time to introduce it to my parents, who thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and the setting overlooking the ocean. Don't change a thing!
