Probably the best pizza in town!
What a great find! Les Chardons is, in my opinion, one of the best Italian restaurants in Les Sables d'Olonne—and very likely the best pizza in town.
The pizzas are exceptional: perfect crust (both light and crispy), quality ingredients, expertly cooked… You can taste the skill and generosity. Every bite makes you want to come back for more.
And beyond the food, the service makes all the difference: warm, smiling, and attentive staff, with a simple and authentic atmosphere that immediately makes you want to sit down and enjoy.
In short: a real gem. If you love real Italian pizza, go for it—and remember to book, this place deserves its popularity! 🍕🇮🇹

We were very pleased to return to this restaurant, the kindness of the staff, the impeccable cuisine with high-quality products (the figs come from the chef's garden), the crispy and soft pizza dough, the perfectly cooked pasta (tagliatelle with mushrooms to die for), the creativity of the desserts was a treat, all with very good wines: superb Montepulciano at a reasonable price, thank you again for the little touches, we will return, a restaurant that deserves a few mentions in specialist magazines
