29/05/2026: A culinary masterpiece in an extraordinary setting. But what a terrible experience right from the start. We had a reservation for 8:30 pm and arrived at 8:35 pm... 8:37 pm according to the waitress. And of course, we were 7 minutes late, a fact they pointedly reminded us of when we went to choose the Tasting Menu (the most expensive option). It's no longer available after 8:30 pm, so whatever you do, don't be 7 minutes late, because they'll tell you in a very pleasant and smiling tone, "You arrived at 8:37 pm." To which I replied that it was a real shame to miss out on such a menu for just 7 minutes. The waitress's second response was, "Yes, it's a shame." We took the liberty of mentioning it when we went to pay, but apparently that evening no one cared, and there wasn't an apology or explanation. If we were in a regular restaurant and 30 minutes late, I could understand. But being 5 minutes late and having to make it clear really ruined the evening.

28/05/2026: A truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The cuisine is refined, creative, and perfectly executed, featuring high-quality ingredients and subtle flavor combinations. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere is both warm and elegant. The sea view adds a truly magical touch. An ideal place to enjoy a timeless moment. We will gladly return!

31/01/2026: Top-notch as always! Run to Julien's to enjoy a daily special or homemade burger. Delicious Asian-inspired dishes. Or simply have a drink. An excellent spot near Les Sables d'Olonne with a terrace for sunny days.
