Les Châtaigniers sur Saint-Jorioz

Very nice place. Peaceful with a wonderful view. The accommodation was clean and functional. The bedding was of good quality. I recommend you.

We had a comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. The kids got the master bedroom with 2 single beds and en-suite bathroom. Parents were quite happy with their smaller room + double bed. Plenty of space + well equipped kitchen. We visited in November so not many people around. Weather was mild so enjoyed a Sunday morning cycle direction Semnoz with some cool scenery.... Bought some breakfast goodies at Lidl (5 minute cycle away). Shame we couldn't stay longer.

Residence hotel very well located with a beautiful view of Lake Annecy. Varied and good breakfast. Mattress to change, we had back pain. Cracked window. Power supply cover for the towel dryer to be reattached, we had access to the electrical wires, which were very dangerous. No light in the basement parking lot despite at least 2 requests. The same goes for the access stairs to the basement which were also cluttered with a pallet and a bicycle. The breakfast toaster does not work well, 10 minutes to toast bread with the thermostat at maximum, this is not normal.

Very good stay in Annecy, we left with our two dogs. Very warm welcome, good breakfast. The apartments are spacious, easy to access to Annecy. I recommend 👍

Excellent experience at this resort! The welcome of the entire team, their smiles, good humor and kindness even deserve a 7 star. The residences are well designed with private outdoor terraces, equipped with a small garden furniture. The only thing missing is a mini bar in the apartments to keep the water fresh. The view of Lake Annecy from the apartments is a feast for the eyes. An incredibly beautiful setting surrounded by greenery. Provision of sports equipment, table tennis, tennis, pétanque, etc. The outdoor pool is a nice size and clean. The welcome and service at the bar and restaurant is warm, with humorous decoration. I highly recommend this place for a weekend or a relaxing vacation

Everything is available on site Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, pétanque court, tennis, squash. Varied and plentiful buffet breakfast Reception staff welcoming, smiling and good advice. We will come back with great pleasure and will talk about you around us.

Un patron antipathique qui ne sait visiblement pas gérer de grandes tablées. Plusieurs erreurs et arnaques qui n'ont pas été rectifiées. Aucun geste commercial concernant ces dernières. Le cadre reste néanmoins très agréable.
