Visiting family who live in Laon. The food was good, the service courteous and professional, and the setting at the top of the old town - easy to go for a picturesque walk before or after your meal - was excellent. Reasonable prices and a good selection of local and regional products.

Very good restaurant, we ate well, but there was an extremely long wait, first for drinks, and then for the food—at least 30 minutes! Customers who arrived after us were served before us. Despite that, the food was still good.

10/06/2026: Stopped by for a drink and pleasantly surprised by the superb view of the cathedral. The atmosphere and decor are very lounge-like. And finally, a very good quality whisky. The prices are a bit high, but it's rare to find good bottles other than supermarket brands!

07/07/2026: Having lunch at the foot of the cathedral with a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for under €20 in the middle of July is a real bargain. Add to that the quality of the dishes, like the truly excellent salmon tartare and the delicious savory buckwheat crepes, and the quick service with friendly staff, and you'll definitely want to go back.
21/06/2026: First visit, just for a drink with friends, great welcome, top-notch service, very clean premises and terrace. I'll be back for a meal.
