A truly wonderful experience with the signature menu, which gave the chef free rein. Each dish was refined, creative, and perfectly executed. An excellent restaurant that I recommend without hesitation!

A chic and minimalist establishment offering a pleasant atmosphere. The service is attentive, with a team that takes excellent care of you throughout the meal. The dishes were delicious, perfectly executed, with rich and well-balanced flavors. A truly wonderful place that I highly recommend.

It's always a pleasure and a sure way to have a great time at this restaurant where quality is always paramount. The dishes are a feast for the eyes and a tantalizing preview of the delicious food to come. The service is impeccable, and the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the ingredients. 07/07/2026: Having lunch at the foot of the cathedral with a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for under €20 in the middle of July is a real bargain. Add to that the quality of the dishes, like the truly excellent salmon tartare and the delicious savory buckwheat crepes, and the quick service with friendly staff, and you'll definitely want to go back.
21/06/2026: First visit, just for a drink with friends, great welcome, top-notch service, very clean premises and terrace. I'll be back for a meal.

L'Hotel de La Banniere

30/04/2026: Good, slightly dated hotel in the old center of Laon. The reception was particularly friendly, and the owners provided exceptionally nice assistance during the stay. I was allowed to store my bicycle in the hotel garage. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the sights. Breakfast is extensive, with delicious jam.
28/04/2026: Excellent welcome at this old-fashioned but clean hotel, very well located in the venerable episcopal city. Everything is a bit crooked, but who cares... the welcome is friendly and the parking spaces are less than fifty meters away.
