Everything was perfect during our short family weekend in Saint-Malo.

We were warmly, generously, and humorously welcomed at Les Chiens du Guet last night.
A table of eight guests, all grateful for the service and the quality of the food.
A friendly, relaxed, and high-quality atmosphere.
We thank the new owners again for delighting our taste buds, sharing their good humor, and humorously sharing their knowledge and experience.

Great place, well located, very comfortable and friendly, whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with family. The establishment is run by a wonderful couple. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful experience! The small, cozy room had a large, comfortable bed. The location was ideal, right within the city walls, making it easy to walk to the entire center. The restaurant is highly recommended; be sure to save room for dessert! And the hosts were incredibly friendly and gave us a very warm welcome.

Thank you, Nicolas.
We organized a meal for 10 people.
From the welcome to dessert, everything was perfect.
For the starter, a wonderful foie gras.
For the main course, an exceptional slow-cooked cod.
And a pistachio crème brûlée to finish the meal.
The wine selections were perfect.
And to top it all off, we were offered a digestif.
I highly recommend it and we will be back.

We didn't stay at the hotel, but we dined at the brasserie and it was absolutely delicious. The service was impeccable and we received excellent recommendations. Special mention goes to the seafood platter; being connoisseurs, we weren't disappointed. The setting is beautiful and the tables are elegantly set. Despite some negative reviews, we'll definitely be back!

A very nice table...we ate seafood which was very fresh and delicious.
The small carafe of red wine, a little Bordeaux, wasn't bad at all, and for those like us who don't drink much at lunchtime, it was perfect.
The only downside was the cold, and leaving the front door wide open wasn't very nice...we understood that it was easier for them to serve on the terrace, but eating in the cold isn't ideal...otherwise, very pleasant and a good atmosphere.
