A wonderful time spent this Wednesday, March 18th, market day in Buis-les-Baronnies. The service was efficient and friendly, and the dishes were delicious and generous. The royal couscous, the dish of the day, was a real treat!

25/06/2026: A lovely discovery at lunchtime today, in the Place des Arcades, a welcome respite from the heat and noise. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meal, and the welcome was very warm. Definitely worth trying.
25/06/2026: Every year during our holidays, we return with immense pleasure on market day. We have never been disappointed by the quality of the food and service. The cuisine is delicious, plentiful, and very refined. We had the opportunity to chat with the chef. What you eat can only be good because she is completely dedicated to her cooking.
