Excellent gastronomic experience. I recommend the sweetbreads. Pleasant and efficient service, nice selection of wines, even by the glass. The decor is well done with a view of the kitchens, but it's a small, windowless space.

The puff pastry portion was much smaller than the one at the next table. The pork dish had a second piece that was mostly fat, and the same was true for my partner. For the price, the portions are a bit too small and deserve a bit more generosity.

The seasons change, just like the menu; the months go by, but the welcome at West is always fantastic. The staff is incredibly attentive. The cuisine is refined, and the setting is lovely. Thank you again for this wonderful dinner and enjoyable evening. I hope to see you again soon.
