Disappointing, a good starter and a good dessert but a piece of fat as meat for a rack of pork, this was reported but without any reaction despite the friendly staff. The setting of the restaurant is rather sad, it was very hot and that has nothing to do with the grandiose exterior of the hotel. We are divided without wanting to return.

We came from the bar which had already won us over and the restaurant did not fail. Our two dishes were delicious and very well served. It's one of the best burgers I've eaten in my life, the meat was of incredible quality. I didn't get to taste the dessert because I wasn't hungry anymore but I hope to come back to make up for it. Congratulations to you.

The dishes were plentiful, very tasty and wonderfully well presented. Each bite was a true delight for the taste buds. The welcome was excellent, the staff warm and attentive. To top it all off, the value for money is exceptional. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of good cuisine!

16/09/2024: This is my favourite restaurant & we always try & eat here when we stay at the Westminster Hotel. The food & the service is superb. The restaurant is very good as usually at most restaurants the tasting menu has to be for all the table but here they just let me have the tasting menu whilst my husband chooses from the a la carte & has to sit patiently watching me savour 9 courses. I like to have the Menu Decouverte as it's a delightful adventure not knowing what I'll be eating. A few of the dishes I had were on the a la carte or the other tasting menu. Each dish I had was very flavoursome & beautifully presented. We look forward to returning.
04/08/2024: Nous nous sommes mariés au Westminster il y a 28 ans et il est de tradition que nous y fêtions notre anniversaire de mariage. Heureux de retrouver la cuisine de William Elliott, après les interruptions COVID et autres. Nous avons passé un excellent moment avec des plats très fins et un service au top. Vivement l’année prochaine.

14/04/2024: Restaurant in a beautiful setting. Very smiling staff. We had a salmon strip as well as a pork shank with foie gras which was very good. For main course we had a filet mignon (very tender) as well as scallops on a bed of leeks and vegetable mousse...a delight. Desserts at the top. The visual appearance of the plates is very fine and gastronomic
