A wonderful discovery at Les 5 Sens in Montalivet. The service was attentive and very pleasant, with cuisine that truly lives up to its name: surprising and delicate flavor combinations that you wouldn't imagine pairing together... We were pleasantly surprised; everything was delicious! ☺️ This restaurant was recommended to us by others, and we were certainly not disappointed: it clearly stands out from what you usually find in the area, especially if you're looking for more flavorful, elaborate, and refined cuisine. A truly wonderful experience at Cinq Sens in Montalivet! Excellent value for money in a beautiful setting. The decor is magnificent and the atmosphere is truly delightful. As a chef myself, I particularly enjoyed the cuisine: the flavors were truly excellent, the ingredients expertly prepared, and the overall result very successful. The welcome and service were also top-notch: warm, friendly, and highly professional. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a truly enjoyable experience. A quality experience from start to finish!

This restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. The dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The service was friendly and efficient.

All open! A wonderful experience with this magnificent exotic crab salad. The sea bass fillet, vanilla celery root purée, truffled spinach, chocolate beurre blanc sauce… but it's when the chef elevates the dish with bergamot that we reach new heights. The roasted pineapple gratin, its vanilla, its chiboust cream: there, we encounter the Holy Grail of flavors. Remember the beginning, "All open": sight, hearing, smell, taste… but for me tonight, my favorite fifth sense remains interoception, for the beating of the heart. All the staff are incredibly attentive: lovely, caring, and professional. Bravo, you delighted us in every way.

We spontaneously decided to visit Les CinQ Sens and were lucky enough to get a table for two. In retrospect, I have to say: a real stroke of luck. The service was consistently very attentive, and you immediately notice the high standards they set for themselves. From the greeting and the perfect wine recommendation to the dessert, we were served very politely, competently, and kindly. Our French isn't very good, unfortunately, but the team made a real effort to serve us in English, and it worked perfectly. The food was also flawless: we had the large mixed platter as a starter, followed by smoked beef and duck as our main course. The portions were just right, we were completely satisfied, and everything was presented beautifully, both in terms of taste and presentation. You can tell that the chef is a master of his craft and prepares the food with great skill and care! For us, a clear 5/5 stars for both food and service – a real recommendation for anyone looking for a good, elegant meal in the Vendays-Montalivet area.
