Excellent food. Excellent service. Excellent atmosphere. My wife and I had the 3-course tasting menu and it (along with the bottle of burgundy that we ordered) was wonderful.
One major issue: I experienced food poisoning (or a virulent 14-hour stomach virus) starting at about 4 a.m. some seven hours after having dinner there. I understand there's no way to know if the illness was from something I consumed at the restaurant, but it does make me take pause--especially since the establishment did not bother to write back to me about it after I informed them.

Splendid setting. We had lunch in the beautifully restored Winter Garden.
In the room, the team was able to kindly answer our many questions. Special mention to the friendly waitress.
Delicious food. Note the perfect cooking.
We regret the excess of Tonka Bean present in 3 of the dishes.
Beware of really doughy bread, butter with a slightly outdated taste, and certain cheeses which, although very good, lack maturation.
10/10 for the Guinea Fowl and the Kiwi/Tarragon.

Excellent, very varied and creative cuisine. Beautiful presentation. Very nice wine list. Warm setting (we were even hot). Friendly butler. Decent service.
On the other hand, and this is the reason why I don't give it 5 stars, the sommelier was silent and not pleasant. It's even the first time in my life that the sommelier doesn't wait for me to finish tasting the wine before serving the other guests. For a restaurant that places importance on wine, this is very disappointing.

Très bonne cuisine, très bonne cave et très bel endroit. Seul bémol, un service pas au niveau d'un étoilé, laissant un goût amer à cette formidable expérience.

There is no place closer and finer for lunch after an invigorating morning at the D'Orsay enchanted by the Van Gogh exhibit, as crowded as it was. Excellent meal flowing from the creative kitchen. Gorgeous room and decor and fine service staff..
