One of the best restaurants in the area! The dishes are always excellent, beautifully presented, and prepared with quality ingredients. The service is pleasant and the atmosphere very relaxing. A sure bet that I recommend without hesitation.

A true delight from start to finish! Delicious, authentic cuisine bursting with flavor. Excellent value for money. Special mention to the chef who single-handedly manages the kitchen and his partner the service with passion and efficiency. A must-visit!

First meal with the new menu; the dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. The food was good, and the service was excellent 👌🏻. A very good restaurant in Aubenas. The price-quality ratio is good. I highly recommend it.

Delicious, locally sourced cuisine with a regularly updated menu, plus warm service and a welcoming atmosphere; all these elements make Les Coloquintes a restaurant not to be missed near Aubenas. We will gladly return!

Very good restaurant, good food with lots of flavors. The service was perfect, we felt pampered. One small drawback was the Passionately Chocolate dessert, we were very surprised to get a scoop of candied orange ice cream, which disappointed us at the end. I think this should be mentioned for those who don't like orange. As for the decor, it's okay, but don't overdo it. A big plus is the spacing between the tables; you really feel comfortable.

20/11/2025: We were immediately warmly welcomed by the owner in a very inviting and tasteful setting. The menu is short, well-crafted, and the dishes are quite refined. The chef's cuisine is imaginative without being overly adventurous. Lunch is reasonably priced, while dinner is more expensive (from €40 to €75 depending on the set menu). Cheese is the only extra (€5). They offer local and international wines. A lovely place.

22/01/2026: Excellent. Don't be put off by the unassuming storefront. Go inside and you'll be delighted. The service is impeccable. If you have any food intolerances, they can easily accommodate your meal. Everything is done to ensure your satisfaction.
13/01/2026: What can I say except that everything was perfect. The owner was lovely, the cuisine was perfect and inventive, and the setting was intimate and natural with its stone vault. We will definitely be back very soon.
