At Coloquintes, in Aubenas, we don't dine, we explore. This small establishment, set like a secret at the foot of the Ardèche, invites you on a gastronomic expedition where every bite is an adventure. Here, everything exudes authenticity, from the elegant simplicity of the place to the discreet smile of the staff. But it’s on the plate that the odyssey really begins. The products, drawn from the heart of the terroir, are a tribute to the soil, the seasons and the hands that cultivate them. A little gem in Aubenas. Superb location with beautiful shaded terrace. The dishes are at the height of the Michelin bib. We highly recommend.

Excellent family meal in a lovely setting. Children and parents had a pleasant dinner. Special mention for the chocolate coulant and its pistachio ganache.

The restaurant offers a daily menu every lunchtime. Starter, main course, dessert for 22 euros or starter, main course or main course, dessert for 18. For that price, elsewhere, you have the assembly. Here you have prepared, cooked meals, with sufficient portions. The lunch menu is unbeatable in value for money. The dessert, a sort of revisited lemon tart, is very good with controlled sugar and acidity and above all, above all...it's homemade. 68 euros for 3 with sparkling water and 3 coffees is rare. Courteous and available service, nothing to complain about. Best wishes.

Hello service on the terrace watch out for the mosquito. Meal good but very little compared to the price. Disappointed with the cheese plate.

Recommandé par un jeune couple nous avons testé et apprécié ce restaurant. Accueil et service parfaits et cuisine excellente avec de belles présentations. Seul bémol, avec un groupe de 4 et un autre de 6, la salle est bruyante, ce qui est dommage. Je recommande néanmoins car c'est délicieux.
