A sure bet. We've been several times already. The quality is consistently excellent, and the friendliness of the entire team is always a delight. The dishes are delicious and always beautifully presented. In our opinion, it's the best semi-cooked foie gras of all the restaurants in Strasbourg that we've tried. The regularly updated menu is another plus. You'll never tire of this restaurant. Thank you to the chefs and the whole team.
