Toujours aussi bon. Cuisine traditionnelle formidable. Peu de variantes sur les menus mais tout est bien exécuté. La carte des desserts est plus courte qu’avant. C était un vrai plaisir de découvrir tous les déserts. Il n’en reste plus que 8 différents.

Great weekend for my wife's birthday, we were delighted, very nice room with our two children, great welcome and very good food. The friendly and caring staff. The setting is also magnificent. Very beautiful house.

We have eaten well
Friendly waiter but when it came time to pay it was a shame the young lady at reception was not friendly, it was a bit of a waste of a lovely family moment

A delight for the eyes with the Savoyard charm of this illustrious family chalet hotel (the beautifully crafted woodwork, both exterior and interior, the interior decoration takes us on a journey through the centuries), an enchantment for the taste buds with its gourmet family dishes (the wine list presented like a book with period photos and that of desserts presented like Mamy's recipe book), a warm welcome with attentive service, a very good moment of escape with its museum which retraces the family epic from this establishment to Papy Gaby's farm in its juice!...
To do again in winter and in its hotel version, it must also be a corner of paradise at this time of year!...

A very nice establishment both in terms of the restaurant and the hotel. We really appreciated the size of the room. The swimming pool and jacuzzis are undeniably a plus. If you are in the Abondance valley, you must stop...

En poussant les portes des Cornettes, vous n'entrez pas dans un restaurant, vous pénétrez dans l'histoire d'une famille et d'une maison iconique de la région.
Descendez au sous-sol et vous comprendrez pourquoi la famille Trincaz régale les papilles des voyageurs depuis 1894.
Ah oui, au fait, les plats et mets sont merveilleusement délicieux, tout simplement.
