Les Delices D' Esmeralda sur Castelnaudary

I booked a table at this restaurant because we were visiting the area the next day, and it exceeded our expectations. The cassoulet was top-notch, and the baked Camembert was delicious and generously portioned (the side potatoes were fabulous). Excellent value for money! I definitely recommend it and we'll be back :)

I enjoyed a delicious roasted Camembert with walnuts and honey for lunch; it was a real treat, served with great fries and salad. I'll be back to try the rest soon 😋

A delicious cassoulet, friendly service, and a lovely owner. And the portions are generous! It was a great lunch break!
