Les Delices du Palais sur Nancy

A quirky atmosphere, a character who owns and serves customers and clearly enjoys his work, and, surprisingly for this kind of place, really delicious food. Okay, the chicken on tortellini turned out to be on macaroni. The macaroni was pink, though. That kind of makes up for it. An ideal spot to take your mother-in-law out for dinner. We had a great time, and most importantly, it was really, really delicious. Unfortunately, we live 500km away.

Nice, tasty dishes. Such as mini hot dog with foie gras and smoked duck breast and mini clafoutis with asparagus. Note that the main courses are for big eaters. Nice atmosphere, where the terrace grew bigger and bigger thanks to the willing customers. Good Burgundy wine by the bottle. Worth discovering!!

My favorite restaurant for over 20 years... I took my son there for the first time in December and chatted with a mom who, like me, had discovered this gem at university and was taking her children there for the first time 😉. The decor is just like the tableware: mismatched, colorful, and unique. And the food 💖😍... It's the only restaurant where I can take my 10-year-old son without worrying about whether he'll eat a balanced meal or even finish his plate. Each dish is served with a small bowl of crudités; the portions are generous, but you won't leave a single bite on your plate—it's impossible, it's too good!!! They even managed to make me, who doesn't like chocolate, love their chocolate fondant!! And to add to the place's unique charm, Fabrice will guide you with pleasure and good humor, and sometimes even with a song 😉. If by chance it ever returns to the menu, the vegetable crumble is to die for! And if it doesn't, you'll undoubtedly find another little gem to delight your taste buds. I go there every time I'm in Nancy and it's always a treat.

It's a wonderful place, warm and friendly. The food is varied, delicious, and very reasonably priced. We went in by chance, but I really want to come back. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.
