Zola said "J'accuse," I say "Je m'apologies." My father had told me about this place, drawing on memories from over 20 years ago. I thought it was mostly nostalgia that was getting to him, but no. I've rarely eaten so well, both in terms of quantity and quality. The service was top-notch, and the food was beyond words. I'm still having trouble walking because my stomach is so full. When I told the waitress what I'd ordered, she asked if I was sure. I thought she was taking me for a fool. I quickly understood why she'd said that; I should have listened to her. Thanks again to the whole team, and long live Bouche à Oreille! I'll tell my children about it with the same nostalgia my father felt, hoping they can have the same experience I did.

The place is nicely decorated and, most importantly, the meat is very high quality. The flank steak, however, was a little overcooked, which was a shame. But I'll definitely be back for a third time.

The menu offers a diverse selection of cheese-based dishes that are perfect for winter. You can also choose from sharing platters like fondue or meat dishes, not to mention the desserts, especially the "café gourmand," which truly lives up to its name! The generous portions, excellent value for money, and the warm welcome and service from the staff are all worth noting!
