Modern room. Discreet, friendly and fast service. The €31 menu is a bargain! Among 6 proposals I chose the marine trilogy: thick strips of salmon, a delicious fish terrine and a very successful oyster-pollock-salmon tartare; as a main course, my sea sauerkraut with haddock, hake and haddock on well-cooked cabbage with a light but creamy sauce was simply perfect... For dessert, more "classic": a rum baba with 3 elements (baba, cream and rum) separated, also very successful! It is obviously essential to book!

I had the Saint Pierre rôti fish with legumes. Amazing. First time I experienced this fish. Plus half a bottle of excellent Croze Hermitage. Crème brûlée was also excellent.

Dîner du 21/08/24, L'accueil est correct sans plus. Attente correcte. Les plats étaient tous très bons, très bons desserts. Mais j'ai un peu de réserve sur le prix de la sole... 45 euros l'unité servie avec un beurre aux algues et un risotto... mouais c'est un peu cheros pour moi. Pas moyen d'avoir quelques légumes en plus sans supplément (8 euros tout de même) ca commence à faire pas mal. En conclusion : très bon restaurant mais pour budgets aisés.

Une excellente cuisine sur base de fruits de mer, un cadre épuré et clair, un service efficace, à deux pas du Sillon Parking plus facile qu’à proximité de l’Intra Muros Addition raisonnable pour la qualité

16/12/2024: We went as a family to this restaurant where we were served quickly. The pancakes were plentiful and good. The decoration is pleasant. Located just at the start of the intra muros.
15/12/2024: Nice restaurant with breathtaking decor, I love it. Good food and a prime location within the ramparts.
