Les Embruns sur Saint-Malo

We had a wonderful time. Excellent cuisine from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, with great value for money. Very warm welcome. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment. We didn't understand a negative review from a woman (who entered the restaurant very aggressively) when she hadn't even eaten there. She was unhappy because the owner was parked near her car, which she claimed was preventing her from leaving her parking space. Her car was parked facing the wrong way, while the owner was parked in front of his garage. He was therefore within his rights. This woman burst into the restaurant during service, rude and angry, and on top of that, she has the nerve to leave a negative review for Les Embruns restaurant when she has never even eaten there. I find this attitude contemptuous and despicable.

The welcome and service at this restaurant are very friendly, and the menu is varied. The fish is very fresh and served with a well-prepared sauce. The desserts are generous, and the profiteroles are outstanding.

Second visit to this restaurant, an address to share without hesitation. Special mention for the seafood sauerkraut, which is delicious.

The meal was very good and beautifully presented. The waiter's sense of humor was rather peculiar, but we had a good time nonetheless.

A magnificent restaurant with refined cuisine. Worthy of a Michelin star. For dessert, the Baba au Rhum is accompanied by an extraordinary vanilla rum.
