Les Embruns sur Saint-Malo

This is truly a wonderful restaurant. No frills, just the pleasure of good food at a very reasonable price. There were five of us, and we all unanimously agreed on the exceptional value. And the owner is clearly a man who loves good food and good wine... Behind his slightly tight smile, there's a great sense of humor and attentiveness. Personally, I highly recommend the braised beef confit with Thai sauce and baby vegetables... The confit is bursting with flavor, with just a touch of spice that gives it a lot of character. My tablemates thoroughly enjoyed the sauerkraut with fine fish. As a bonus, if you're lucky enough to be out again in the evening... I suggest you take the little alley opposite... It will lead you to a breathtaking sunset.

This restaurant was discovered after reading online reviews. We had an excellent dinner, easily rivaling gourmet cuisine. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor, all at a very reasonable price. A must-try!

Pleasant dinner, nice atmosphere

A wonderful experience with excellent food, it's a shame the setting was too simple. That said, the most important thing is the food! Bravo!

We shared a dinner with friends and chose the €33 set menu. The meal was excellent from the amuse-bouche to dessert. Even the small glass of rum recommended on the dessert menu was perfect. The menu is very well thought out, offering something for everyone, and the presentation is superb. I recommend this restaurant without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time. Excellent cuisine from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, with great value for money. Very warm welcome. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment. We didn't understand a negative review from a woman (who entered the restaurant very aggressively) when she hadn't even eaten there. She was unhappy because the owner was parked near her car, which she claimed was preventing her from leaving her parking space. Her car was parked facing the wrong way, while the owner was parked in front of his garage. He was therefore within his rights. This woman burst into the restaurant during service, rude and angry, and on top of that, she has the nerve to leave a negative review for Les Embruns restaurant when she has never even eaten there. I find this attitude contemptuous and despicable.

The welcome and service at this restaurant are very friendly, and the menu is varied. The fish is very fresh and served with a well-prepared sauce. The desserts are generous, and the profiteroles are outstanding.
