Les Etiquettes sur Ollioules

What a wonderful discovery this charming restaurant in the heart of the village of Ollioules was! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from start to finish. The dishes are meticulously prepared, exquisitely refined, sometimes even daring, yet everything comes together perfectly: an explosion of flavors! The welcome is warm, the service impeccable, and we listened with genuine passion as each dish was described. We will most certainly return, especially since the menu changes regularly with the seasons, offering plenty of opportunities for further culinary discoveries.

We discovered this restaurant thanks to a gift certificate for a romantic meal. What a delight! It's an absolute sensory experience. It all begins with Gaëlle's presentation of the menu, then once the choice is made (not easy), comes the visual pleasure of plating the dishes before letting your taste buds feast on the unique but oh-so-delicious dishes. Les Étiquettes is now one of our top 10 restaurants.

A true marvel! We tasted everything on the menu (half and half) and absolutely every bite, from starter to dessert, was incredible! (2 starters, 2 main courses, 2 desserts to choose from, proof of quality!) A true discovery of flavors, a refinement, the impression of being in a semi-gastro without the stuffiness that goes with it. The service is impeccable, the waitress has a rare sweetness and kindness. Every word spoken is a soft and warm poetry. The best restaurant I have ever been to in my life. There are good restaurants, but restaurants that really make us discover such flavors, with a very reasonable price, it is exceptional! Bravo to you both, thank you for this beautiful moment! :) (with in addition a little special attention for my birthday, really adorable!)

Excellent! We had a wonderful time. The cuisine is surprising, elaborate, yet simple. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and discovered flavors we won't forget! The service also reflects the chef's cuisine, with detailed and pleasant recommendations and descriptions of the dishes. The value for money is well-deserved. All this in a Provençal setting and ambiance on a square lined with plane trees and a fountain. Thank you again.

The labels are TOP CHEF in Ollioules. I accepted an invitation from my mother-in-law, and it was a great move. I've known the staff and the restaurant well for several years, and the quality is always top-notch. Bravo!!!! It's so great to have a restaurant of this caliber in Ollioules.
